Alex Robin

I am a 19-year-old triathlete in the British Triathlon World Class Performance Programme. After a few years of injury including a fractured vertebrae and broken elbow (requiring metalwork and surgery), I managed to put together my best season yet finishing second at the Junior world champs and I was also part of the British team that were crowned u23 mixed relay world champions. I also have 2 silver medals from the youth commonwealth games 2023. This year I hope to qualify and perform well at a European or World Championship.

Will Gilbank

I am a 20-year-old Cat 1 road and track cyclist studying Mathematics at Loughborough University and riding with the Loughborough Cycling Academy. I race for BCC Elite Senior on the road and One Life Cycle on the track. I am currently national champion in the grasstrack 8km scratch, and a BUCS record holder

Rafe Cushway

I'm 18 years old and ride for Véloce Vannetais, a Brittany club in France. Last year exceeded my expectations and confirmed my progression, and I head into the 2026 season highly motivated, ambitious, and ready to keep pushing my limits. Next year I have high ambitions. In an ideal world I would love to win international races and compete in the world championships in Montreal in 2026. I’ve set my goals high but I believe that’s anything is possible!

Evelyn Field

I am a 19-year-old second year U23 road cyclist racing for 360 Cycling in their inaugural year running a women’s race team. Alongside this I have just started my first year studying Politics and International relations at the University of Bristol. During my first year as an U23 I was able to develop in many areas of racing and faced many challenges which have developed me as a person both on and off the bike. I am hopefully looking to spend more time this summer racing over in Europe and to hopefully develop a race CV of consistent and strong results!

Tristan Robin

I am a 17-year-old Scottish triathlete, based in Stirling. I am in the Scottish performance pathway and train with the National centre. I started triathlon for fun when I was 8 years old at my local club and have been racing competitively for 4 years now. Unfortunately, I have been injured recently and unable to prove myself, but with my medical problems sorted I am excited to see what 2026 brings. Next year I hope to qualify to race for GB again at the European and World championships.

James Ingham

I’m a 18-year-old from Clitheroe, Lancashire. In 2026 I am stepping up into U23 and will be racing for 360 Cycling Team. My main races that I will be targeting are some French Nationals and the British Men’s Road National Champs. I will be starting the 2026 season in February with some races in Mallorca. When I am not racing abroad or at Nationals, you will find me training hard in the Forest of Bowland and winning my favourite local road races in Lancashire. I am a hill climber at heart and look forward to racing up climbs next year.

Ethan Squires

I'm an 18-year-old cyclist riding for BCC elite race team in 2026 on both the road and track. Last year I had a successful season as a 2nd year junior achieving 12 National level top 10 results out of 17 national races, I competed with a number of them being in the top 5 and on the podium. I also picked up some UCI top 20 results whilst racing in Europe. I hope to carry this success into the U23 category this year in a varied calendar of national and international races. After the past season of racing, I would describe myself as a puncheur who thrives on a difficult parcours.

I am a 17-year-old cyclist racing for the Belgian U19 team Crabbe-Dstny. I’m in my final year of sixth form, sitting my A levels in May/June. My 2025 season included top 10s in international road races and podiums in the Youth classifications. My ambition for the 2026 road season is to turn it up a notch and compete in some of the biggest Junior races such as Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne and the Tour of Flanders. Whilst at these races, I aim to gain valuable experience and results to help me progress up into the U23 ranks.

I am a 16-year-old cyclist based in Scotland, racing with the Prologue Junior Racing Team, kicking off at Kuurne–Brussels–Kuurne Juniors. I have a busy programme with 19 UCI road race days across Europe, alongside key UK nationals, including the Cicle Classic. My focus is on learning, developing within the team, and building endurance to target top-10 results in hilly stage races later in the season. Cyclocross also remains a major goal, with a focus on GBR selection, World Cup racing, and a top-3 overall finish in the National Trophy Series.
