Alex Robin

I am an 18-year-old triathlete in the Triathlon Scotland Next Generation squad. After a few years of injury including a fractured vertebrae and broken elbow (requiring metalwork and surgery) this year I managed to qualify for the world junior champs where I placed 14th in my first year in the age group, despite my limited run training. I also have 2 silver medals from the youth commonwealth games 2023. This year I hope to qualify and perform well at a European or World Championship.

Will Gilbank

I am a 19-year-old Cat 1 Road and Track cyclist riding for BCC Elite Team on the road, One Life Cycle on the track. In 2024 I was successful in winning the first stage of the Junior Tour of Ireland, as well as holding the yellow and green jerseys for the next stage. On the track, I raced the London 3Day, and a few UCI level track races, as well as the RadRace Fixed42, a fixed gear race in Berlin. I am a sprinter/rouleur, and a fan of tough racing on the cobbles and flat stages. For 2025, I am looking forward to more races on the continent as well as some UCI track races.

Rafe Cushway

I'm 17 years old and ride for Véloce Vannetais, a Brittany club in France. Last season my road Palmares included 4 wins (and 7 podiums - 2 in the French Cup) and for Track, I stood on the podium 15 times, representing both my department, and region. I won 9 jerseys and finished my season in October with both the French national jersey for team sprint and the bronze medal for the Madisson in the French champs. Last year was incredible result-wise but I go into the u19s even more determined, wanting to learn as much as possible and hopefully get some selections for big UCI races.

Evelyn Field

I am an 18-year-old road cyclist riding for Solas Race Team going into my first year as an U23. Alongside this I am also in my final year of A levels studying History, Politics and PE. My final year as an U18 wasn’t quite what I had hoped for but I gained a lot of experience, was given the opportunity to compete in some amazing races in Europe and was able to reach my pre-season goal of winning the CTT Best British All Rounder. This year is going to be a challenge but I am ready to give it my all and I am excited for what is to come!

Tristan Robin

I am a 16-year-old triathlete in the triathlon Scotland performance pathway, currently racing in the youth age group. I train with the national triathlon centre based in Stirling. Last season I qualified to race for team GB for the first time at European youths but unfortunately due to a stress fracture I was not allowed to race. Next season I hope to come back stronger and podium European Youths and with the youth B super series.

James Ingham

I’m a 17-year-old from Clitheroe, Lancashire and currently ride for Prologue Race Team. Next year, I plan to balance my A-levels: Chemistry, Biology, and Geography with a busy racing calendar and will be starting my 2025 road season with some Cobbled Classics such as Nokere Koerse and hopefully Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne Juniors. When I am not racing abroad or at Junior Nationals, you will find me training hard in the Forest of Bowland and winning my favourite local road races in Lancashire. I am a hill climber at heart and look forward to racing up climbs next year in La Classic Région du Sud and the Junior Tour of Wales.

Ethan Squires

I am a 17-year-old road and track cyclist riding for Beeston CC race team in 2025. After a successful first year in the Junior category, I achieved top 20 results in the British national series, and secured the KOM jersey at the Junior Tour of Wales, while also experiencing the intense competition of European racing. I would like to take cycling further next year with racing and hopefully achieve top results within Britain and Europe while studying alongside my A-levels. I prefer a hilly road race as climbing is where my strengths are, however I look to be a more complete rider next year.

Oscar Lawrence

I am 16 years old from Winchester, this year I am racing for Team Culture Velo in the south of France. I am really looking forward to getting stuck into the French U19 racing scene and gaining experience, I have had a hard last 2 years, going down in some bad crashes, but some of my previous results include 6th at The National Championships, and a podium at the London 2 day national. I am excited to see what the 2025 season brings.

Israel Noble

I am a 16-year-old triathlete proudly part of the Triathlon Scotland Next Generation Squad. I am a member of the Fraserburgh Running Club and I am also coached by the dedicated team at Triathlonworkx. This season, I achieved some exciting milestones, including securing a podium finish in the British Super Series rankings and placing 3rd at the 2024 School Games National Final. Looking ahead to next year, I am looking to qualifying for the European Triathlon Championships and delivering consistent performances in the British Triathlon Super Series.

Sam Genazzini

I’m a 16-year-old cyclist racing for Exact Power Versa Energy Cyclocross race team. My specialist disciplines are Cyclocross and Road cycling. I have recently started college, and am studying Sports Performance and Business. This season my goal is to build on last year's second place finish in the Youth CX National Championships, and I am really looking forward to racing for my new team both nationally and internationally. My aim is to keep learning as a cyclist and I’m very much looking forward to continuing my progress and development into 2025 and 2026.

Finlay Goodman

I am a 16-year-old triathlete in the England Next Generation Triathlon Squad, racing road and XTERRA along with MTB XC. Last year I finished 2nd overall in the British Triathlon Super Series and won the British Champs. I also won the XTERRA World Championship and am hoping to be back again for this year’s addition as well as race a couple more XTERRA events in Europe. I will also be racing in the Super Series again, and am aiming to qualify for the European Youth Championship, and to expand my international racing by competing in an ETU Junior Cup and performing on a wider international level.
