This season I am really excited to be riding for Embark-Bikestrong. This year my targets will really be the national road and Crit series as well as the tour series, after a frustrating 2021 season I really want to show that I am capable of being right at the sharp end of these races fighting for a podium spot before I turn my focus in September to the cyclocross national series for the winter. I can’t wait to get the season under way to see what I can achieve round the tight, twisty technical courses which I love so much.

I am a 17-year-old cyclist living in Brittany, France, studying hairdressing. I’m riding for AG2R CITROËN U19 TEAM as a second year Junior and my local Brittany team, VÉLOCE VANNETAIS. I finished 2021 having gained a lot of experience in UCI races such as the World Cup in Saarland Trofeo, the tour of high Austria, a 5th place in the Menen Kemmel Menen, 7th on the first stage of Bizkaiko Itzulia and wining the young rider’s jersey, 6th overall in the Grand Prix KBA-vérandaline, and 5th overall in the Trophée Sebacco in the junior category. I’m looking forward to putting the experience I have gained to good use and giving 2022 my all.

I’m a 1st year U23 First Category rider and this season I am hoping to earn my Elite racing licence and be successful at National level road racing. I particularly enjoy the more technical and hilly hard races like the classic Victor Belmont trophy because it’s my local National B and the course suits me. I’d also like to target the General Classification in some Nat B stage races. Finally, I am looking to build on my national circuit TT second place from last year and set some rapid times. In particular a sub 19 10-mile TT. My ambition is to get a pro contract.

In 2022 I'll be a 3rd year U23 cyclist racing for Tekkerz CC on the road and Montezuma's RT during the cyclocross season. I am mega excited to be racing on the road this summer with Tekkerz, I'll be focusing on Crits and the Tour series and getting to grips with the road scene. I have recently ended my cyclocross season with some good national results. After spending most of my season building back fitness after having Covid in August, I was glad to see my performances improve. Next CX season I hope to spend a good block of time living in Belgium and racing C1/C2 events out there, with the aims of GB World Cup selections.

I am a 17-year-old Junior triathlete in the Triathlon Scotland Next Generation Squad. I do my running training with Fife AC and my swimming training with Kinross Otters and the Perth & Kinross Performance Squad. In 2021 I won the British Triathlon Super Series (Youth B) and got selected to compete at the European Youth Championships. My aims for 2022 are to win the Super Series again and get selected for the World and European Junior Championships. I also aim to be selected to compete at similar levels in Hill Running.

I'm a second year U23 based in Sheffield and riding for Cycling Sheffield. Since taking up cycling seriously 5 years ago I have progressed to racing in National and International events and have been selected for the Vitfor Future Champions Project. In my first year as an U23 my focus was on gaining race experience in National A and B events. Having won 2 Nat B races and a 3rd in 2021, and placing just outside the top 20 in Nat A events my focus as a second year U23 will be on Nat A podiums, top 10s and UCI International races, mainly in France, Italy and Belgium. In addition to cycling, I will be continuing my University studies for my Physics degree.

Long, hard and aggressive. If I could design my perfect race route these would be the adjectives to describe it. I'm going into the 2022 season as a second year U18, with the ambitions of winning a round of the British National Series, podiuming various UCI races and ultimately gaining selection to the 2022 Road World Championships. In 2021 I managed to collect lots of results that I'm really proud of, my favourite being 3rd at Cicle Classic. I come from a Manx background and ride for my local team UTMOST IOM Junior Cycling. After a solid Winter of training, I can't wait to get stuck into the 2022 season!

I'm a 2nd year Junior racing for Bournemouth Cycleworks-VitecFire-FordCE in the U.K and Cannibal Team in Europe. 2021 included my first Junior Road World Cup race in Hungary, 15th in the Prologue at the Nations’ Cup Hungary, RTTC Junior National 10-mile Time Trial Champion, 1st in the Time Trial at the UCI 2.1 Keizer de Juniores in Belgium, also winner of the Youth Jersey and 5th overall on GC. For 2022 I will be focusing on Road and Time Trials and I hope the majority of these races will be abroad, but I also plan to race a couple of the Junior National Circuit Series & the National Champs. I can’t wait to get the season started.

I am an 18-year old first year under 23 cyclist for Eneicat RBH-Global, a women’s UCI team based in Léon, Spain. Last year, my racing was largely track focussed, and I was able to pick up 3 national titles and 5 medals in the national track championships, while placing 4 top tens in the World and European track championships. I hope in 2022 I can balance road and track and achieve recognition in the European road scene with my new team.

I am a second-year junior racing for Zappi Junior Race Team. I ride Road and Track. After a year of learning and improving as a first year I am looking to increase my consistency and take podiums in races at home and abroad. I picked up some good results in 2021, finishing best young rider at Junior Tour of Wales - picking up 3rd on a stage on the way, and at the Junior Tour of the Basque Country I finished in the top 10 on two stages and in the UK National series I took a few top 10s. I like to race aggressively and see myself as a punchy rider, the harder the race the better I like it!

I’m racing in Belgium for the 2022 season under Mini-Discar Cycling Team, which is based in the Wallonian region of Belgium. This year, I am really excited to tackle one of the most important years in my journey to achieving a cycling career, as I enter my 3rd year out of a possible 4 in the U23 category. There are incredible opportunities for me in 2022, with this team, and I’m determined to grab hold of them with both hands and bring my dreams into an even clearer focus. I’m glad to have Pedal Potential on board with me as part of my support network for this coming year.

I am a 15-year old triathlete in the Triathlon Scotland Next Generation squad. I'm hoping to have another great season after having an amazing 2021 season. I managed to qualify for the GB team for the European champs, but didn't go due to Covid, in the 15-17 year old age group and won the overall 15-16 year old British super series. I'm hoping to retain my title this year, and to hopefully qualify for the European champs again, but actually go this time, and maybe get a podium! I swim with City of Glasgow ST and run with Giffnock North AC.

I am a 16-year-old Road and Track cyclist riding for LVYCC and the GBR NSR-Foundation programme. Last year, with some later-season bunch racing going ahead, I worked my way up the national points ranking, finishing 10th nationally, after taking 18 wins in circuit and track races over the year. I am a sprinter/rouler, and I am a fan of tough racing on the cobbles and flat stages. I am hoping to race in Belgium later this year, and I am looking forward to racing the British National Series and National Track champs this summer.

Last year I gained experience as a junior in the national field and I was also fortunate enough to race my first ever international race in Portugal! This season I want to develop my experience even further, aiming to get results at both the junior national track championships and the road national series, I am also hoping to get more opportunities racing abroad with my team mates.

I am a 17-year old second year junior rider racing on the road for Colchester-based Tofauti Everyone Active. In 2021, I had some promising results as a first year in the National Junior Series after a delayed return to racing, I aim to build on these in 2022 and perform at a high level in UCI races on the continent. Over the last few years, I have also ridden for the Central Region in national road and track events and also abroad. My main aims for the year are the national Junior road race championship and the prestigious Junior Tour of Wales, where I was 5th in the Youth class in 2021.

I am an 18-year-old First year Under 23 cyclist racing for Escribano Sports Team. In 2021 I was fortunate to spend the majority of my season training and racing in Spain, competing against the best juniors in the region where I was staying and then taking part in my first UCI stage race and picking up an 8th place which was the best result for the team I was guesting for. This season I’m hoping to adapt well to longer and harder races as an U23 and have real mountains as a regular occurrence in my races with being mainly in Spain.
